Who we are

Shobyoshachi is a software engineering collective based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This policy covers shobyoshachi.com. Questions about it go to hello@shobyoshachi.com.

What we collect through the contact form

When you send an inquiry, we receive what you type into the form: your name, company, what you need help with, your timeline, your budget range, your email address, and any extra details you add.

We use this only to reply to you and to scope and run any project that follows. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are, and what device and browser they use. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this. We don't use it to identify you personally.

You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Who processes your information

We rely on a few providers to run the site:

• Resend delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
• Google Analytics measures site usage, as described above.
• Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, for security and reliability.

These providers may process data outside Bangladesh. They handle it under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for as long as we need them to talk with you and, if we work together, for the length of the engagement and our record-keeping afterwards. If nothing comes of an inquiry, you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@shobyoshachi.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
